Every time in Berlin I am trying not to miss Martin Grupuis Bau museum. Most of the time it hosts interesting contemporary art exhibitions. This visit I saw, in an exhibition dealing with gardens, the work of the famous Japanese artist Yauoi Kusama. Kusama is one of the most important contemporary conceptual artists living today. Her works were shown in many museums around the world. Always long lines of people waiting to see them. Here in MGB no queue, maybe because of the relatively early hour. We saw a big hall covered with colored dots that are typical to her work, Impressing. After we had enough excitement we looked for the museum's old fashion cafe. immediately we felt something has changed. Chava Alberstein songs playing at the background. Big installations of Infarm nurseries ,which gives a fresh supply of herbs. It took us few minutes to understand the old cafe has turned into an Israeli restaurant called Beba. After we ordered coffee and cakes in Hebrew, we found out that the initiative is a partnership that was founded by Shani leiderman, Cynthia Barcomi and Infarm, an interesting and promising group. I have to come once more to try the food. ( food pictures-curtsy of Beba)
